5 Very Different, Yet All Equally Delicious Iced Coffee Recipes

Summer is finally here, which means it’s time to say goodbye to hot coffee and embrace the season of ice cold java. It’s what we live for in the heat! Check out some awesome recipes to help you stay cool and caffeinated this summer:

1. Vanilla Iced Coffee


  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 cup of water
  • Iced cubes
  • Cream or milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbs of vanilla


Pour sugar, vanilla and water into a pot and boil. After the mixture comes to a boil, let it cool. This is your simple syrup. The recipe makes much more than you need for one cup of iced coffee, but you can store the leftovers for about 2 weeks. Prepare your cup of coffee and fill a mug with ice. Pour the hot coffee over the ice and add the milk or cream to your taste. Then add the simple sugar!

2. Ice Cream Coffee

Ingredients (Serves 3-4)

  • 4 tbsp coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 5 tbsp hot water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • Few Ice cubes
  • Scoop of chocolate or ice cream of your choice


First boil your coffee mixture with water. Once the mixture dissolves, add 4 tbsp of sugar and continue boiling for about 2 minutes or until all of the mixture dissolved. Next, pour the coffee mixture, ice cubes and milk into a blender and blend until it becomes smooth. To top it off, add a scoop of your favorite ice cream flavor.

3. Coffee Popsicles


  • Any flavor International Delight Iced Coffee
  • Chopped chocolate, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts (optional)
  • Popsicle molds or popsicle maker


Fill your popsicle molds or maker with the International Delight Iced Coffee and freeze. You can also leave a little space and add in mini-marshmallows, nuts or chocolate pieces. Use a small knife to push the toppings throughout the mold.

4. Coffee Ice Cubes


  • Brewed coffee
  • Sugar
  • Ice tray
  • Milk


Brew your coffee and add the sugar as you normal do. Pour the mixture into the ice tray and freeze. Once the ice cubes are frozen, place them in a cup and add milk.

5. Caramel Macchiato


  • Espresso Roast Coffee
  • 1 cup milk, soy milk or almond milk
  • 1-2 tbs vanilla coffee syrup
  • Squeezable caramel sauce (coffee aisle or ice cream topping isle)
  • 1/2 cup ice


Put 1-2 tbs of vanilla coffee syrup in the bottom of your glass. Next, add 1 cup of your choice milk then a 1/2 cup of ice. Add 2 shots of espresso and you’ve got yourself a macchiatto!
